Fox Feaures Syndicate Villains lineup

To go with the line up of Fox Heroes, I though I should do the bad guys too. Of course, the problem with a lot of Golden Age comics was a lack of good villains for the heroes. Too many gangsters and Nazi Fifth Columnists before and during WWII, but no real strong villains that defined the heroes the way Batman's rogues gallery or how Lex Luthor became synonymous with Superman. There were a few characters with a distinct look to them, and even a few villains in the Fox stable who were the actual stars of their features. I ended up putting together a collection of bad guys who I saw the most potential in modifying.

Left to Right:
The Octopus: A three armed mad scientist who was an enemy of the Flame.
The White Terror: Gang leader and poisoner who fought US Jones
Boss Gorilla: A leading villain in his own feature. He's a minor hood that got his brain transplanted into an ape hy a mad scientist, and then took over a gang.
Cold Snap: A heavily modified version of an ice powered villain from The Flame
The Sphinx: A Sexpot assassin who tangled with the Blue Beetle, possibly one of the better known Beetle adversaries.
The Scarecrow: A whip wielding villain of The Eagle
Noface: The alter ego of a struggling businessman who arranged the kidnapping of his own daughter to extort his wealthy relatives. Stopped by the private investigator Johnny Earthquake.
Manx: Costumed villain who fought the Green Mask.
Flower Lady: Botanist that raised man eating plants, a Rulah Jungle Goddess villain.
Sorceress of Zoom: Another feature villain, ruled her own magical floating city, kept swinging from villain to hero.
Dr. Mortal: Feature villain, A mad scientist that created monsters.
Starfiend: A modified version of the Stardust villain Super fiend
Saturnia: heavily modified version of a Blue Beetle villain, a space invader who threatned the city.
Gloat: Saturnia's  muscle
